Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- There is a genuine size/fit issue with the item received
Return Window: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Proof Required: To process a damage or fit-issue claim, please share clear photos/video of the product (including tags and packaging) at the time of raising your request. This helps us verify and resolve your case quickly.
Custom & Personalized Orders: Products customized with uploaded images, personalized text, or print size selection are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defect.
